Hollywood legend Robert Redford did not set out to be an actor, but being surrounded by actors, his love for the craft grew gradually. He was a student of theatrical set design and painting when he was offered a stage role. Since then he has acted in major blockbusters such as All the President’s Men, Out of Africa, Indecent Proposal, and The Horse Whisperer.

Even though Redford occasionally acts in and produces movies today, his major sources of income have been founding the Sundance Film Festival, and his many real estate investments.
